Getting Started

Welcome to Growffinity CRM! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Installation

Growffinity CRM is built as a WordPress plugin that integrates with WooCommerce.

Installation Steps

  1. Download the plugin from your account dashboard
  2. Upload to WordPress via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Activate the plugin from the Plugins page
  4. Configure settings by navigating to WooCommerce → Growffinity CRM

Initial Setup

Connect Your Store

After activation, connect your WooCommerce store:

  • Navigate to WooCommerce → Growffinity CRM → Settings
  • Verify your store URL and API credentials
  • Click Save Changes

Import Customer Data

Import your existing customer data to start using segments and campaigns:

  • Go to Growffinity CRM → Customers
  • Click Import Customers
  • The system will sync all WooCommerce customers and their order history

Create Your First Segment

Segments are groups of customers based on specific criteria:

  • Navigate to Growffinity CRM → Segments
  • Click Create Segment
  • Name your segment
  • Add conditions
  • Click Save Segment

Individual records containing purchase history, engagement data, and custom attributes.

Segments

Dynamic groups of customers based on conditions. Segments update automatically as customer data changes.

Campaigns

Marketing messages sent to specific segments via email, SMS, or other channels.
