Customer Management

Manage your customer database with detailed profiles, segmentation, tagging, and bulk operations.

Customer Overview

Customers are automatically synced from your WooCommerce store, including their contact information, order history, and purchase behavior.

Customer List

The customer list displays:

  • Customer name and email
  • Total spent and order count
  • Customer segment (VIP, Regular, New, At Risk)
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Tags

Filter customers by:

  • Search: Name or email
  • Segment: VIP, Regular, New, At Risk
  • Store: Filter by connected store
  • Tags: Filter by assigned tags
  • Groups: Filter by customer groups

Customer Detail Page

Click any customer to view their complete profile:

Customer Information

  • Full name and contact details
  • Email and phone number
  • Customer since date
  • Current status

Company Association

If the customer is associated with a company:

  • Company name (clickable to view company)
  • Company email
  • Company stats (customers, orders, revenue)

If no company is associated, you can link one by clicking “Associate with a company”.

Addresses

  • Billing Address: Used for invoices and payment
  • Shipping Address: Delivery address

Customer Stats

  • Total spent
  • Number of orders
  • Average order value
  • Last order date

Tags and Groups

  • View and manage assigned tags
  • View and manage group memberships

Recent Orders

Quick view of the customer’s order history with links to order details.

Notes

Internal notes about the customer with categories:

  • General
  • Follow-up
  • Complaint
  • Feedback
  • Meeting
  • Phone Call
  • Internal

Activity Timeline

Complete history of customer interactions and changes.

Editing Customer Profiles

Basic Information

  1. Click Edit on the customer detail page
  2. Update contact information:
    • First name, last name
    • Email, phone
    • Status
  3. Click Save Changes

Company Association

  1. In the edit modal, find the Company Association section
  2. Select a company from the dropdown
  3. Or select “No company association” to remove
  4. Save changes

Address Updates

Update billing or shipping addresses in the edit modal. Use “Copy from billing” to quickly duplicate billing address to shipping.

Customer Tags

Adding Tags

  1. Open customer detail page
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Select existing tag or type to create new
  4. Tag is added immediately

Removing Tags

Click the X icon on any tag to remove it.

Creating Tags

Tags can be created:

  • While adding a tag to a customer
  • From Settings → Tags

Customer Groups

Adding to Groups

  1. Click Add to Group
  2. Select the group
  3. Customer is added immediately

Removing from Groups

Click the X icon on the group badge to remove membership.

Bulk Operations

Perform actions on multiple customers at once:

Selecting Customers

  1. Use checkboxes to select individual customers
  2. Or use “Select All” to select the current page
  3. Selection count shows in the bulk actions bar

Available Bulk Actions

Change Status:

  1. Select customers
  2. Click Bulk ActionsChange Status
  3. Select new status (Active/Inactive)
  4. Confirm the change

Add Tags:

  1. Select customers
  2. Click Bulk ActionsAdd Tags
  3. Select tags to add
  4. Click Apply Tags

Add to Groups:

  1. Select customers
  2. Click Bulk ActionsAdd to Groups
  3. Select groups
  4. Click Add to Groups

Export:

  1. Select customers
  2. Click Bulk ActionsExport
  3. CSV file downloads with customer data

Delete:

  1. Select customers
  2. Click Bulk ActionsDelete
  3. Choose whether to preserve orders
  4. Confirm deletion

Deleting Customers

Single Customer Delete

  1. Open customer detail page
  2. Click Delete button
  3. Choose option:
    • Preserve Orders: Orders are anonymized but kept
    • Delete Orders: All orders are deleted with customer
  4. Confirm deletion

Bulk Delete

Use bulk operations to delete multiple customers at once.

Customer Segments

Customers are automatically assigned to segments based on their behavior:

  • VIP: High value customers
  • Regular: Consistent buyers
  • New: Recent first-time buyers
  • At Risk: Previously active, now inactive

Segments update automatically as customer behavior changes.

Reminders

Set reminders for customer follow-up:

  1. Click Set Reminder
  2. Enter reminder details
  3. Choose date and time
  4. Save the reminder
